Employee productivity is one factor supporting the company’s success, because we operate a variety of ways to boost performance. Management thinking hard to strategize how to improve employee performance. One of the road taken is to provide a proper and satisfactory compensation to its employees.
Companies need to do some methods to improve employee performance, by conducting training and development to improve employee performance. The training has many benefits for companies such as increasing knowledge, skills and ultimately increase employee productivity. These are crucial because human beings are the main asset for the company
Training provided to employees is more oriented to increase the ability to perform a specific job, by providing training for employees able to perform tasks in the future.
In addition to the above companies also trigger the performance of employees with some kind of incentive is given to provide motivation for employees to work better. Some companies are successful with this method, but there are also some that have failed.

If you have an online small business, you will only have one chance at doing everything right in reaching your branding goal through a solid internet marketing strategy. If you are unable to do this, then there is a risk that your visitors will forget your site as soon as they leave it. Remember, if visitors are not satisfied with what you offer on your site, they will not complain. They will just exit from your site and look for the same services or products you are offering elsewhere on the Internet. To prevent this from happening, make sure the experience your visitors get on your site will be memorable and exceptional. The success of your business depends on this.
